Some self-service tools are placeholders until the MVP deletion/export workflows are completed. Access the personal data linked to your account.
Correct inaccurate account, profile, invite, or pantry data.
Export your data in a usable format where technically feasible.
Delete your account and eligible pantry data.
Withdraw consent for optional processing.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Close your account and stop using the service.
3. How to request help
Use the cards below or email privacy@shelvly.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on account, export, or deletion requests.
4. Timing and limits
We will try to respond within reasonable GDPR-style timelines where GDPR applies. Some requests may be limited by shared pantry responsibilities, legal obligations, security needs, backups, or technical constraints.
5. Supervisory authority
Portuguese users may contact CNPD, the Portuguese supervisory authority. Users in other regions may have the right to contact their local data protection authority.
